I had high hopes for this hotel, especially since it's pet-friendly, but my stay was marred by several issues. While the bed was comfortable enough, the cleanliness left a lot to be desired, with dirty carpets and a poorly maintained bathroom. There were definitely some positives, like the friendly staff during check-out, but overall, my experience was quite disappointing.
